Of course, there are a few things we can not get or we can not offer a great deal on. The items we do sell are all great products that we feel good about sending to you. If you want something you don't see, let us know and we'll try to help. At Bike Island we do not harvest your personal statistics, credit card numbers, or email addresses. We don't sell, trade, or exchange any of this info so don't worry...your secrets are safe with us. What? You are not happy with the item you bought from us? How can we help you? We want you to be happy. If you want to exchange it, no problem...we can do that...just ship it back in new condition and we'll send you something else. We will even pay the shipping back to you. If you just do not want it and can not find anything else that you do want, we will refund your money less 10% to cover our original shipping out [this should be 17% - but it is really hard to do 17 percent minus something in your head]. You just ship the offending item back in new condition...Easy returns on BIKE ISLAND. At Bike Island, we do not believe that you should be punished with higher prices if you don't have a 'reward card' or a 'discount code' or know the 'secret handshake'. Everyone gets the same great deals and free shipping all the time! On Bike Island, we use USPS, Fed Ex and sometimes UPS -- Most small items we sell, we send via Priority mail -- 2 to 3 days from here at Bike Island to your door. Larger items we send via the larger truck guys and that takes 3-4 days usually ... kool deal, and we pay for the shipping. From Bike Island, we will happily ship your item anywhere within the contiguous United States that your credit card is billed to.
