We don't sell, trade, or exchange any of this info so don't worry...your secrets are safe with us.What? You are not happy with the item you bought from us? How can we help you? We want you to be happy. If you want to exchange it, no problem...we can do that...just ship it back in new condition and we'll send you something else. We will even pay the shipping back to you. If you just do not want it and can not find anything else that you do want, we will refund your money less 10% to cover our original shipping out [this should be 17% - but it is really hard to do 17 percent minus something in your head]. On Bike Island, we use USPS and UPS -- Most small items we sell, we send via Priority mail -- 2 to 3 days from here at Bike Island to your door.
